My name is Barbara and a nationally board certifiedhealth and wellness coach. My goal is to help you to attain a better quality of life, utilizing simple behavior, modification techniques through this I can guide you through changes to accomplish what you might have thought as the impossible. I am certified in diabetes, prevention, lifestyle medicine (combating, heart, disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity) and food as medicine. I am also a fitness and sports nutrition specialist.


I am passionate about helping people like you achieve their wellness goals and create a more fulfilling and healthy life.
