Decadent Chocolate Avocado Brownies

Here is a recipe the whole family will love. Decadent, gooey gluten-free chocolate avocado brownies that are ready in no time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados peeled, pit removed

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened

  • 1/2 cup nut butter of your choice

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional


Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in food processor and blend until smooth.

If using chocolate chips, stir in by hand.

Line 9x12 baking pan with parchment paper.

Spoon onto a baking pan

Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. (DO NOT OVER COOK)

Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature, then store in an airtight container in fridge or freezer.
